For both models of ‘Buy and run your software’ or ‘We run your software’ , you should Buy one time License , so that you you can use software Forever..
In first model of ‘Buy and run your software’ you will run the software. In Second model ‘We run your software’ we run and handle the software on your behalf.

Yearly Maintenance – 5% of License (ie USD 35)
